We, an international consulting company, are looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent French and English verbal & writing skills.
You will be working for an international employer in Ouagadougou.
Duties and responsibilities
- You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s documents and assist the management of the company and perform other duties as assigned
- You are responsible to gather all necessary information from different institutions, ministries and enterprises.
- You will organize trips of foreign businessmen in Burkina Faso.
Required skills/Experience
- Bachelor degree is preferred (diplôme de licence)
- Experience in administrative field and translating field is an advantage
- Excellent French and English verbal & writing skills , knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Outstanding business administrative and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of administrative and economic structures.
- Profound attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word & Excel and different internet communication software.
